[There is a kid lying down on the roof of House 42, soaking up some afternoon sun. Looks like he managed to get up there via the open skylight a few feet away from his current position. His eyes are closed, but is he really asleep?

Try not to tell him to jump off, though. With people randomly doing whatever they're told all over town, he might just do it. No really, please don't.]

Maybe I talk in my sleep.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 04:24 pm (UTC)(link)
So I could be talking to dreaming Genis?

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 04:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Possibly. What do you think, Simon?

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 04:35 pm (UTC)(link)
I think you're teasing me.

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 04:42 pm (UTC)(link)
[Moves to look peer over and down at you now, Simon.]

Nah, not teasing, I promise. But it was a weird question to ask though.

How've you been, Simon?

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 05:22 pm (UTC)(link)
I guess it was kinda weird. [Headscratch.] I'm okay! Though I'm kind of worried about what I'm supposed to do about going home.

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 05:26 pm (UTC)(link)
What about going home? You live right across from me.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 05:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Usually. Since everybody left I've been living with Kamina. So I don't know if I'm supposed to go home or not...

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 06:09 pm (UTC)(link)
Hm, okay then. Are you affected by the experiment, Simon? If you are - find out from Cloud what the hell's going on and what you should do.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-04 06:55 pm (UTC)(link)
...Huh? What experiment? [/HASN'T FOLLOWED THE JOURNALS, IS AWESOME.]

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 02:49 am (UTC)(link)
There's an experiment going on - it's making some people do exactly what they're told. It's kind of chaotic.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 09:25 am (UTC)(link)
Really? My papa would like this experiment a lot.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 09:32 am (UTC)(link)
Every parent wants their kids to be obedient, right?

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 09:40 am (UTC)(link)
Heh, yeah, I guess so!

Pretty sure I heard him grumbling about it the other day, though.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 09:43 am (UTC)(link)
I bet he was. He doesn't like being bossed around!

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 09:48 am (UTC)(link)
Don't think anyone does, really. It's been a pretty crazy couple of days with everyone complaining about doing things they don't wanna do.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 09:53 am (UTC)(link)
I guess I've been out and about too much to really notice, but people have been running around a lot lately, huh...

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 10:00 am (UTC)(link)
They probably were asked to run around the village. Could've sworn I saw someone run past in his underwear, too. Huh.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 10:10 am (UTC)(link)
I-I hope nobody runs around naked. [Though if it were girls, Kamina would be really, really happy.]

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 10:13 am (UTC)(link)
I'm a little surprised no one's thought to say that, though. Looks like they're trying to outdo each other in pointless stupidity.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 10:17 am (UTC)(link)
I wonder if it would help if someone told everyone to stop bossing people around?

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 10:21 am (UTC)(link)
Huh, I wonder. Maybe. Colette announced over the journals that she wanted everyone to be happy - and it worked, for the most part. For awhile.

[identity profile] dawndigger.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 10:27 am (UTC)(link)
That's really cool! You could tell everybody to have a good day, or to smile more, or to tell a funny joke- and they'd be a lot happier, right?

[identity profile] kendama-pro.livejournal.com 2009-08-05 10:41 am (UTC)(link)
You should try it. Didn't think it would work for Colette, but it did, so it should work for you too!
