Your sister is only trying to protect you. Granted, keeping you in the house longer than necessary won't stop the Malnosso, but it wouldn't be wise to worry her needlessly.

If you feel you're fit enough to leave the house, your sister can't stop you. Though that doesn't mean you shouldn't take her feelings into consideration. Think of how she'll react if you suddenly disappear from under her nose again.
