Things seem to have settled down. Looks like I picked agood bad good an inopportune time to be kidnapped, but Arche has more or less explained everything to me. Still, I can't help but think that there's more to it than what I've been told.

[Proving once again that he's definitely not a very good patient, Genis has left bed and is up and about the halls of House 42. There's the sound of wood scraping against wood - like, say, a chair being dragged across hardwood floor. There are pauses between drags, though, and the journal picks up some muttered swears.]
If my room had a window, I wouldn't need to do this.
